Since when?? I’m almost certain that is not correct unless they changed it. When I take all training off of cards i lose my paid for UGA Chem and have to pay another 15k to add it.

It's that way since spd was plus 2. I've been checking if cards were bnd, and then re upgrading without paying another 15k
