Giving Bots Ban authorization was an unethical and damaging move.

Yeah, I spent a decent amount of money last year, but this year I got a lot better at flipping cards, and haven't even felt the need to spend money. Of course, just when I started really doing well they auction house banned me. If it doesn't get reversed I'll be done with EA for good. Even without buying packs the cost of the game is something I paid to be able to play it, and taking that away without proof/evidence is crazy work. I'll update this post when I get the review decision. Unfortunately, I haven't seen many success stories, so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Based on what yall said, I suspect it is the remote play aspect. Really dumb policy by EA. I hope they correct their screwup quickly

Yeah, this is all crazy.  They have their own content providers show and encourage how to buy and sell from AH for profit.

I just saw their long dark haired hippy kind of looking dude do this on their EA stream this past week.  Buffalo Kay has been doing this for  years.

I remember I did a big giveaway back in Madden years ago and ended up getting banned for it then.  Luckily, old Muthead connections cleared mine quickly for me.

It truly is absurd. Oh well. Hopefully it's sorted out properly. If not then I'll go back to non EA games for life.

I'm assuming it was remote play paired with making a ton of coins on the AH. Hopefully it's sorted out properly. It they actually look at logs it should be obvious that nothing nefarious occured, but we shall see...

EA took my coins also. They don't care if you pay or not. I lost 40 mil in coins. Because most players squander coins. I made coins that doesn't  fit EAs algorithm. I even DM some streamers with ties to EA. The reply i get you shouldn't have used coin sites. I have money and made purchases only through playstation store. I like the idea of ultimate team. Other people reply just make a new account. I have  used the same gamer tag since Bill Walsh college football. That's 1994 or 95. I bet most players on here haven't even been alive that long. So yeah I'm older established in life no need for me to cheat on some coin site. EA listen I have money to waste on your stupid video game if you dont want it FU.

I'm almost certain EA owns these coin sites. If they dont they directly prophet from it.  I mean I got banned for coin distribution. I'm sure they would welcome the idea that I create an new account. Spend even more money to get back to where I was at..

Truth be told this part of the game is so poorly run. EA doesn't even know what the F is going on. On the bright side.  If enough players get banned. They might have to look into the prophet margins.

The biggest issue to me is allowing a robot to claim you are cheating based on vague parameters that are not public knowledge. It will ban you unjustly and there is no compensation for missed play time, devalued item binder, missed events, missed xp etc... even if it's reversed they still screwed us. I had just bought a ton of players to flip. Season 2 just started, so now all of those cards at 88 ovr I was going to profit on by flipping are now worth less than I paid initially and they will never fix that even if reversed. It's nuts to let a computer program ban people for subjective reasons. I get it if they use it to flag accounts, but it needs human review Prior to action being taken. We are also left to assume what actually triggered the action. I'm assuming remote play and high AH sales, but we might never know. I just wish you could call and explain to a human what actually happened, or have them ask you for a statement to verify what your device/ip information shows.

 it's gone might as well move on. If you could actually talk to someone. That would improve the chance. It's just an algorithm. whatever we was doing in the auction house didn't fit the algorithm.  I'll give it a week after that I'm gone. I have searched high and low to even send a letter or email to anyone at EA   it's a dead end. 💀
