EA just tried to scam me. [Included Transcript] Don’t buy the Legends Bundle

That isn’t a Legend player

I've never understood on why people buy packs for this game.

I mean bad enough there hasn't been another field pass, or decent content/ new challenges and I really believe this game will be the same bullshit by dropping players with no way to obtain them other than spending money or coins.   Hate to say it but you got what you deserved/ payed for

please refrain from commenting on topics that you don't understand. he said the bundle he bought advertised a 91+ overall "legend". did he get a 91+ legend? now go back and look what he pulled those are season 3 player that is not a legend. so now if you are paying attention him not gettin  legend pull, which was his point of purchasing the bundle in the 1st place. He got screwed because EA can't fix their bundles from not working properly. There's been a ton of this all year where people are buying packs bundles with specific content they want just to get hosed because they forgot to remove a certain promo category or LTD card that should've been out of packs when the next LTD was released. this is common knowledge already to anyone that even plays this game. I swear, some members of this community have Stockholm syndrome and don't even think or look before they spew a bunch of nothingness, because they so mad at ea too, but want to believe after 20+ years of shenanigans they've pulled that their going to up an change or this is ever going get better. I'll tell you how the next 10years is gonna go, 2 steps forward and then 20 steps backwards. that is the literal rotation they've been using all these years, enjoy while you can cause eventually your going to get did dirty by ea one of these days like many others, and then you'll understand what all these so call "complainers" are going on about.  also go and read laws and regulations about false advertising, there's a reason it's illegal and something to be taken seriously.

In season 1, when they released the first Season players, they said that they are eligible to be pulled in "any pack" they then went on to explain that this scenario could happen as well, a Season player being pulled from a guaranteed promo card pack. EA has already explained that this situation is possible. i bet if he had pulled this pack the first legends drop we wouldnt even be debating this topic due to it going for over a million at first. Also, respectfully, this is a forums, i will talk about whatever shit i want as long as it pertains to the subject at hand. So dont tell me to stay out of it. His point is that he didnt get a LEGENDS player, i understand that. What you and him failed to realize is the criteria on the Season players overrides the description in the pack odds page. As much as I hate EA as a company, this OP was bogus due to the company being fairly clear on S1/S2/S3 players

where is this information posted, stated, or written down. is it on the pack/bundle description? if not where is this information posted for all to see? If this isn't on the official site or on the pack descriptions for everyone to see its false advertising. I'm sorry but you fail to understand that someone from ea could have said that, but wouldn't matter. unless it's clearly stated on the item they are selling, advertising a specific content it would be false advertising. I don't know how else to break it down other then there's a reason cigarettes have a label on them warning you. it's because back it the day they were claimed to be good for you and would help anxiety/depression. fast forward now and everyone knows they cause cancer. So you think that false advertising only applies to cig companies? no it applies to everyone, also what makes you think EA doesnt know this? Anyone who sells anything knows to put a description, Corporations put everything on their labels and warnings, so to say EA said this, I simply ask is it on the label of the specific item/content that the OP bought? I'm not home but I'll bet it's nowhere to be found cause it's lapse in the already 0 effort this company puts in on this game. I've seen enough people pull LTDs that were old and when the next LTD is released its still being pulled. also LTDs have the expiration date on them in store so there's no way to deny that they aren't keeping up with the bugs going on in their 3 years I'm the making game....... to the OP sorry for ranting in your post of topic-ish, people need to learn how not to get screwed by a company who's only goal is profit margins.

I’m complaining about the lie about what pack/player I’m supposed to get. I’m entitled to a “91+ Ovr Legend Player” which is clearly stated in the Bundle description

You must work for EA because you are completely all over the place and braggadocious for no apparent reason. My sole reason for being upset was the false advertising. I got a player that while higher in Overall yes, it wasn’t what I paid for. Also how did they announce that S3 players would be in packs at the beginning of the season when S3 just started 2 weeks ago? Like I said, you are all over the place and implying I wanted Deion, not mainly, I wanted a player I could put in the Woodson set. You good bro?

I messaged customer support and he tried to lie and say the pack was for ”any 91+ Ovr player”. I was Hot. Don’t buy these packs or spend money on the game. If you want to see the conversation, I have the transcript but the chat was too long to screenshot. He ultimately suggested it was a bug but also said that due to the integrity of the game, they don’t add content to accounts. That’s also a DAMN LIE, they send these athletes their cards all the time.   

I won’t stop until they do right by me, this is ridiculous. That bundle is too damn expensive to get scammed
