Can 96 speed still survive?

<p>I feel like plat house call is the most popular ability for DBs but I run gold/plat ballhawks because I like the faster reactions</p>

<p>What does this actually do? skill positions will have high speed cod and bcv but 40-50 returning? does this stat really matter?</p>
