Only thing I would say is there are better RE in the game than Will Anderson that aren't even expensive but maybe his stats should make up for his traits

Apparently placement cancels TAC but placement and accuracy makes TAC noticeable from what I heard

Ezeiruaku is second fastest DE, gets the traits, good BSH, PMV and FMV. Better than Payton imo and belongs in the S tier
