EA just tried to scam me. [Included Transcript] Don’t buy the Legends Bundle

that's not the point. he didn't even get a legend which is why he bought the pack. I'm sure he was aiming for him, but I don't think he's delusional to the point that he believed he get deion. but if you buy something for a specific reason and get a totally different product then you got ripped off and because some many of us are burnt out with this company we like to tell anyone that has a complaint to just enjoy it. not saying you specifically but we got people playing this game are just straight simps, who don't grasp much about reality other then there own sorry ass delusions. which also a huge reason this game will never be anything other then what they give you get and not what was advertise and you actually paided for.

I messaged customer support and he tried to lie and say the pack was for ”any 91+ Ovr player”. I was Hot. Don’t buy these packs or spend money on the game. If you want to see the conversation, I have the transcript but the chat was too long to screenshot. He ultimately suggested it was a bug but also said that due to the integrity of the game, they don’t add content to accounts. That’s also a DAMN LIE, they send these athletes their cards all the time.   

I won’t stop until they do right by me, this is ridiculous. That bundle is too damn expensive to get scammed

I got 6 mil wiped from my account for selling my squad  duo  a card that was going for 305k for 275k . 

Ea said it's illegal to sell cards to your friend's accounts regardless of the amount I sell it for. Because he's on my friends list, they said that it's illegal to transfer cards from one account to another account. S***'s a joke. They make you run squad duos to get tokens but you can't help out your Duo by selling him a card that you have multiple of.

this is why I stick to the offline modes, that reallysucks

Does it really matter the card isn't a legend? You got a 93 which is better than the 91 minimum. I understand they F'ed up but don't see how you were damaged.

But if the pack specifically says “91+ Ovr Legends Player”, that’s an extremely specific thing to expect to be then get something else. I bought the bundle for the Woodson set

I'm chatting with them now. i bought the same bundle and got a 90 from the 91+ pack.

The big thing with these season cards (Bond, Stutsman, Velling, and Morrison) is that you can only pull them for the current season out of any pack.

I guess I got scammed when I pulled my 93 Velling out of an 87+ SOTW player pack??? Kidding lol. You didn’t get scammed. The S3 players are pulled out of almost every single pack no matter what promo it says. You just get lucky/unlucky sometimes depending on the pack

I received 93 Ovr Jack Velling which is not in that player card criteria. The reason for my escalation to customer support is because I expect full refund for the bundle with the correct type of card this time. Please

Besides this we won't be able to make refund for the In game purchase. If you purchase any pack from In game we do not have an option to revert the actions as the game is manage by the servers.

Like I said I want a 91+ Ovr Legends player pack with an actual 91+ Ovr Legend player like I paid for.

This Makes me so angry and it should make other people too. There is so many people out there who are passionate and love football. And we can’t even get a high quality game because EA Sports hogs the Rights to everything. I really hope something is done... I hope people stop buying packs. Madden games have been on a decline for the last 6 years and now cfb is gonna die out if they keep treating it like shit. This game is so bland at this point and the amount of people that played the game when it first dropped is nowhere near the player count now because theres nothing interesting. They could’ve at least added Road to CFP(Squads). That would've been great.
