No surprise to me, but the Graduation Events are not tracking for me and I'm sure countless others. It has now been 11 weeks since I've been able to earn event rewards. An absolute disaster of customer service and product support from EA.

Props to you for sticking with the game. I've been annoyed and it has only hit me since Mirage. Appreciate your voice over on the EA Forums too!!!

@Claysdad I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and even logged in on different XBOX systems - nada - EA acknowledged it's a known bug/issue and they are "looking" into it - that's been 11 weeks - there are multiple threads on the EA forum about it with acknowledgment from moderators as well. It's beyond laughable at how EA has handled this. Extremely frustrating.

Not sure if mine is tracking or if I'm getting packs from other things in the field pass? My wins are tracking but only have received Gamechangers 90 or 97? Is that right? If not might be done with this early and see if Alumni works tommorrow. I will keep going because I guess at least it is completing my field pass goals but once they are complete I'll be done with yet another failed event.

Bummer @osucollegebuckeye Hate this bug for any player - I really want this game and all future versions to be fun/fair for everyone. All players should have the opportunity to play the events and earn the rewards as everyone else. I understand bugs in software, but to have this bug exist for months without addressing is just a bad look.

Same...you make me feel silly even complaining if you've been dealing with this for a few months. You have amazing patience. It is an annoying reminder every time I see Chris Collinsworth on someone elses roster haha. But it is a business I hope they make a business decision and have a better dev crew on CFBB27. Having someone continually say, 'we're looking into this matter' with literally zero results is pretty annoying.

Mine says I played 1 as well. It tracks in the objectives for graduation, but I don’t get any rewards from the event. So far I am down 2 packs. I have 6 wins, at least they count for the objectives. At this point a 96+BND pack is worthless for the hassle.
I got lucky and got the free premium packs when season 9 started. But I also have been screwed on the events for a long time so they owed me that and more. I tried the mirage events endlessly all for nothing.
Classic EA. If I remember correctly, their customer service is all handled third party so after hours of talking to them and demanding an acceptable resolution, they finally tell you they actually don’t have access to the EA servers or our accounts. Basically they just google the question you’re asking and give you common troubleshooting tips found online but if there’s no fix like this, idk if it ever makes it to EA (by design).
That’s a big loss with the Collinsworth event because he’s almost a clone of Brazzel who is still 1M+. And not being able to get the token for Jeremiah makes that whole promo pointless basically. I’m sorry man that’s infuriating.
The one thing that might get their attention is they are technically breaking their agreement to you. They’re clear that you buy the game to access the content in it but you don’t own any of it - but if you’re not able to fully access the content in the game, you’re not getting what they agreed to. I’m not sure but I might try having ChatGPT help me write a legal letter to their HQ about that specific breach of contract on their part - could get you a refund or at least an actual EA employee on the phone.

@MoneyJRC This is very accurate - and I had the exact thought about the legality of EA's TOS agreement with us - I've been working on a letter to send myself.
As far as the EA forums - I've had one over there since around March 10 when the event bug first started for me during Record Breakers - They continue to acknowledge it and say they are working to resolve. I don't believe them but hey. Plus there are more forming as this bug has started affecting more players.
If anyone does want to go over there and add your comments, please do. There is one moderator over there, EA_BARRY, who has been pretty active interacting and giving updates. Greatly appreciate him, as most of the time it's crickets on the forums from the moderators.
