This game is absolutely chalked. I've spent the past couple days grinding as many tokens as I could get by running clock and kicking FGs as time expired. Now I'm banned for "cheating". Last damn EA game I ever play. SMH
Leave it to EA to ban you for actually using their product. I'm scared the banhammer will hit me soon too. I did a lot of CFP solos like you and as a NMS player, I sell everything I can and I'm sitting on 9M in coins right now. I'll never buy any EA product ever again in my life.

According to Slay on YouTube, there's been a wave of bans from the new NYNC event solo as well. It's an overtime event so the AI is literally banning people for winning the event. Not the first time EA has had issues like this.
Suggestion from Slay:
Open a ticket with EA. It will get rejected.
Send certified letter to EA attorney. Ban will likely be overturned providing you violated no TOS.
Slay has all the contact info over on his X(Twitter) account.

Really sucks that it has to come to that.
Son was banned this morning. He has been playing the New Year New Crew event - we are NMS so this event has been great for earning coin, packs and training.
Really sucks - sending a certified arbitration letter today.

Wow! Absolutely asinine that it comes to this and it's such a public, known issue. So here comes my obligatory phrase: I'm never buying ANY EA game ever again in my life and I encourage others to stop supporting them and giving them money too.
They wont even reject my appeal. It just keeps getting "transferred". Whatever the hell that means.

Thanks!! Just received my notice today as well from playing the same solo modes i will have to send this in because this is beyond ridiculous and almost all users will end up getting things like this because of the new AI software.
So your telling me because I just played the game how it’s supposed to be played I have to send a certified letter (spend more money) just to get unbanned

So darn ridiculous man its infuriating. And EA will do what EA does and ignore their faulty system but instead punish people from the so called findings.

I don't buy any packs or players from the auction house (except the daily packs) and I sell everything possible. I complete all non-H2H objectives and challenges and play one to three solo events every day. The key is just being stingy on how you spend coins, which is near zero for me but I have bought strategy cards and an occasional very strategic player from the AH.
