Absolute trash for a company. Spend money all year on a game and get banned for no reason and then send a letter to get unbanned no thank you I will not do it. If they don’t fix this everyone should ban Ea and this game.

After being "transferred" like 10 times, my appeal is now "Waiting on Studio". This is an absolute joke.

I requested arbitration for my ban months ago (also requested a DSAR) - EA just ignored it. Absolute trash.
I've been tempted to buy 26 but I can't bring myself to do it after being screwed on CFB25 (luckily it was early July so I made it to the end anyway).

A week later and the ban is finally lifted. Yet my appeal still hasn't even been touched. EA is such a joke of a company.

EA sucks, I have been banned for 3 months the only thing I did was sell a lot of cards at one time in their auction house. I hate them so much, not the only way I can can get new cards is via packs. The AH I'm cut off from.
