The craziest part is he says he is just going to keep going on as is. Â I'm sorry but EA, I can promise you this, go ahead and coin wipe me ever, and I won't lose an ounce of sleep shutting you down for good.

People are putting A LOT of money into the games (madden too) and the least they can do is have a fair review process for coin bans and such.Â

Yeah, I follow that guy too. I know he's legit, and I know I'm legit. It's just nuts that we can't even speak to another human about what happened. Log checks would make it obvious, but I don't think they took the time of day to check. Appeal just got denied.

You are not wrong. I was hoping someone who could actually look into it would see enough people with the same issue and help, but the appeal just got denied with a generic response. I filed a BBB complaint and one with the consumer protection division of my state attorney general.

Has anyone had a successful appeal? Apparently according to ea , selling rush ltds after they leave packs is considered coin distribution. 10 mil wiped out just like that.

Denied my first one and started a 2nd. All I was doing was flipping 88s for lazy selling prices. Pretty common knowledge way to make coins, but apparently that too is  "coin distribution" . It's definitely not. They just have their bots programmed to act on faulty logic. Then they don't really review your appeal. A simple log check would clear most people who were falsely AH banned, but nope. It's a horrible system. I think I recall seeing one single individual get it reversed, but nearly all horror stories. I'll keep updating with my outcomes, but it's a very flawed system.
Got the response on the 2nd appeal case I filed:
"We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.
After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.
Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account.
After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed."
 They even replied to my BBB complaint with a copy paste cookie cutter non response:
"Thank you for contacting.Â
We've reviewed the account and the action taken was due to a violation of our Terms of Service. We regret that we cannot assist through this channel nor can we overturn the violation. If the player wishes to dispute the action taken with any new information available, they will need to contact the EA Terms of Service team directly."
 They're is zero chance they even glanced at my auction house logs or I'd be unrestricted. I'll definitely be following the bs arbitration actions. This is totally ridiculous. Not being able to speak to a real person whatsoever is insane. Assuming they deny my 3rd and final appeal, I'll be done with EA for good. Unfortunate, but this is no way to treat paying customers.  There's no way to avoid this randomly happening to you if you flip cards on the auction house. It's a shame I can't put this in a place where it would get enough traction to matter.  Hope y'all have better luck than I am having.

Right after the hour I checked to see what sold and relisted any that didn't sell via remote play. I'm assuming the IP address change got me. It 100% needs human oversight before keeping people from what they paid for.

I posted several replies there. I saw you commented on my ea help forum post too. They locked the comments and marked it as solved. They don't give af whatsoever. There is no option to contact TOS like they all keep claiming. They denied my final appeal. No other way to even reach out to TOS.Â
