The obvious answer would LE. LT Overton and Romello Height would be much better choices. Brian Orakpo is too expensive right now to warrant buying him. Malaki Starks at FS is definitely better than Ekeler and for only 50k is worth it. Unfortunately, Cobee Bryant's 79 Man and conservative in the air is pretty bad at this stage. Upgrading 87 Hall to his 89 or to 89 Will johnson and starting them would work. ~150k for LE, ~50k for FS, ~80k-150k for CB would be pretty standard.
The other positions are pretty minor upgrades coin wise, but could go a long way performance wise. LT Tunsil to Thomas, C Linderbaum to Monheim, RG Powers to Kandra, 87 Brock Bowers is the 3rd best TE after Davis and Pitts bc of his traits, 85 Jace Amaro over Rivaldo is good pick up if you use three TEs.
Horn would be next WR if you want to upgrade them. Lacy and Chase are deep treats so maybe 89 Savion Williams who has all traits but he should only be doing short routes in slot. 88 Peppers will also probably do better than Thibodeaux but not necessary. Both OLBs are BND so upgrading them kinda sucks. 88 Collin Oliver is good blend of pass rushing and coverage. 87 Zaven is solid if your OLB don't pass rush otherwise Perkins is fine for now.
It's a lot but the ones in the first paragraph are the most pressing. Then any of the other upgrades only if you want.
Also a good rule of thumb would be to try to keep the second best in each position. It'll help not lose too many coins as you progress. Once a new "best" card comes out in that position, you can wait a couple days and buy to old best card for half the price.
Last thing lmao. I would wait to upgrade until the after the drop tomorrow. The CBs and Bowers will prob drop in price.
