Taylen Green if you like to run.
Ben Finley if you like to pocket pass. (Gets a discounted ability bucket at the very end of his buckets)
Haynes King if you like to play action/RPO.
Hudson Card if you want a mix of everything.
JF1 is the best QB if you scramble at all and he should be acquirable under 500k easily.
He's still my starter on my 99 team. If you run him in tandem with 99 Bush, he's unstoppable.
pat white is the motherfucking truth. Best for his value only 200k, other QB's who slightly have better stats cost 300k-500k+ Pat is him.
If you stay in the pocket Goff is the best. Has Pat whites release but much better accuracy.

I would literally not take 1 of those qb’s. Pat white is the only correct budget answer.
Over 200k:
Mike Vick (Pros: Fast release. Amazing accuracy ratings and throw power, all Platinum abilities. Cons: Lefty. If you don't mind using a left handed QB, he's arguably just as good as Cam Ward and Newton, in my opinion)
Anthony Richardson (Pros: Big, fast, great throw power and accuracy ratings. Cons: No tight spiral and only a few platinum abilities. Not worth the price he's going for though, in my opinion)
Kirk Cousins (Pros: All platinum abilities, decent release, and good accuracy. Also holds 175k value. Cons: Lower throw power, slower)
Baker Mayfield (Not really anything to complain about with him other than his price. Good all around QB with a discounted bucket, but hard to justify his price tag when you can get the guys below for much cheaper and they do the same thing)
Under 200k:
Pat White (Best all around QB for the price, in my opinion. Pros: Quick release, fast Cons: lower throw power, only a few platinum abilities)
Jared Goff (Pros: Fast release, all Platinum abilities. Cons: Slowish, bad carry rating so will fumble if you're not on a conservative
Joey Harrington (Pros: Top end accuracy ratings and throw power, all platinum abilities. Cons: Not the fastest, release is mediocre, and no tight spiral unless you upgrade your UD coach to add that trait)
Hudson Card (Pros: Good all around accuracy ratings, throw power, and speed Cons: Mediocre release, only a few platinum abilities)
Haynes King (Same as Hudson Card but with a slightly better release)
Ben Finley (Pros: Discounted Platinum ability bucket Cons: Slower, only a few platinum abilities)
Fields is amazing and if Milroe didn't come out hed still be my starter so id go with him. If you dont care about him being lefty Vick is always a good option. AR has super good stats and size, but doesn't get a lot of plat abilities. Baker is super good but a lil overpriced. I still think its Fields tho
