When do cards officially leave packs? Midnight? Just prior to new LTD programs launching?

I'd rather score a Pat White over a Cam Newton.  Do they leave packs at midnight or just prior when the new LTDs launch?  Anyone know this? Thanks guys

They usually leave once content goes live. During Rush, new content usually drops at 10:30 EST instead of 1:30 EST, so Pat White and DJ Pickett should be out of packs at 10:30 EST today. 

EA has accidentally left LTDs in packs before so there's a chance they'll still be pullable until 1:30 EST, but if you're eying Pat White, I'd probably grab him before Rush goes live just to be safe.
