What to do with common / low rated players?

Hey all,

Relatively new to MUT/CUT, so still trying to learn... I'm wondering what the best thing to do with players with low ratings that only auction for a couple hundred coins. Quicksell for training, take the time to auction them all, trade them in for sets, or something else that I'm missing?  What's the best bang for your buck?

I would probably just quicksell the cards if they go for less than like 3-5k coins.

I auction everything I can. QSing for just one or two TP is a slap in the face.
