What if solo not counting wins??

I played and won 3 games but it’s only showing 1/4 wins 

Anyone else have this happen to?

 I’ve had this issue for over 2 months now. I haven’t been able to earn any of the rewards for the events since Record Breakers started. EA finally acknowledged the issue a couple of weeks ago but no resolution. I honestly do not expect it to get resolved.
