What Happened to the Heisman Hopeful Chem?

So the 92 Verse Card had program chem that gave a ton of stats and now that slot has vanished from my card. The program tip card that came in the welcome pack also mentioned a strat card but they have changed the text on it to not mention that. Anyone have a clue as to what's going on?
