Notre Dame both ways (Spread/Multiple D) #GoIrish

I have played the following this year on offense: Army/Navy/Air Force (Option), Air Raid generic, Run & Shoot generic, Liberty (Spread Option), Utah, Michigan and Texas (Pro Style).

I have enjoyed them all. I started with the Option books (Army) and I LOVE that offense to death. It's my favorite offense in the game. I may go back to it hear towards the end if I get the right QB to run it. I also love how the generic Raid book has the old school play names. I've gotten pretty comfy in ND's book though. Some really good plays in there.

As far as defense, I was a 3-3-5 guy until I decided to go to ND. I was pretty comfortable in it, and moving to Multiple has been an interesting switch. I tend to play alot of base defense now (4-3/3-4), which I've been having fun with.

In case u didn’t kno, most recent patch buffed the option. Now pitches don’t go flying 30 yards back for a scoop and score or a drive killer

Oh shit, for real? Yeah pitches were pretty fine for the most part early, then got progressively worse. I will definitely revisit now. Are the Midlines (QB Read Iso) still possible to run with all these fast DLinemen? That's the foundation of my offense. I'll usually come out in Midline Triple, then either audible to Veer or the regular Midline Iso depending on the look.

I don’t run Midline Iso 2 much, but from what I have it hasn’t been great. My plays are:

Flexbone Tight: Inside Veer Triple Option (45%)

Flexbone U Off: Rocket Toss (10%)

Hail Mary Hail Mary: Hail Mary Shot Save Clock (10%)

Flexbone Tackle Over: WR Corners (5%)

Flexbone Tackle Over: FB Toss (5%)

Flexbone Tackle Over: FB Dive (2%)

Flexbone Tight: Corners (5%)

Flexbone Normal: Midline Triple (1%)

Flexbone Normal: All Go (3%)

Flexbone Normal: Fake FB Toss Rollout RT (1%)

Gun Doubles: Jet Sweep (3%)

Pistol Empty Tight Stack: QB Blast (3%)

All other plays (7%)

Thanks for the breakdown. A majority of the time, I come out in Midline Triple in either Normal, Close, U Off or Trio. I have the Iso, Veer, Rocket Toss as audibles, with a pass out of each. I do like Tackle Over also.

I will ride the B Back to death if they can't stop it lol. I like the QB Counter alot too, but like the Iso, I don't know how it'd work with all the fast defensive players either.

I like Army's book, as if the TO is floundering for whatever reason, there's some good Pistol and SG action that you can turn to.

I need Pro Style for Chem so using Utah lot of options 

if I didn't have to be pro style I'd use UNLV 

I need 425 for chem so using that defense even though I hate it

Offense: Oregon - Spread (Need spread scheme but thinking about switching it up)

Defense: Idk School - 3-3-5 

- used to run 4-2-5 but feel 3-3-5 is more all around balanced. Thinking about switching it up tho, only having 3 down lineman only dominates against pocket pass heavy O with 8 in coverage. I really love having 3 LBs to stop outside runs but it definitely has a weak pass rush.

I run 4-3 Multiple, completely different. About 4-3 tho, it’s by far the worst defense playbook, I’d try something else
