Can someone explain how to get these tokens? I may have gotten myself confused.

You have to win 15 games in the H2H event to get a token. You need 20 ACC chem players in your lineup to play it. 

you can earn 1 token per week when the new content drops every Tuesday

Oh, no point grinding it then if the card gonna be mid after 4 weeks

People just do the Away Team Quit for these events. So there isn't any grind at all.

Buying 20 players from a conference, playing competitively with them  for a ton of games, then selling and buying 20 more for the next 10 weeks is just asinine.
