Im an online player. Squads, h2h, champs, gauntlet, etc. Are the solo seasons more so for NMS players? I am NMS but grind a lot to keep my team close to up to date. Could I benefit from these at all? 91 ovr

They're useful for grinding out coins if you are not great at working the market or not spending money (or just aren't good enough to get multiple wins in Champs or Gauntlet). 

If you're decent at the game and can go on runs in the Online mode, they're not worth the time.

This is what I figured. I am capable of going on runs due to experience. (been playing UT for years) so having a team 1-2 ovr less than the meta doesnt phase me

Finished varsity that I was playing before all American came back and the pack it gave me had toafili in it nice 50k coins made from it
