Theme team

So if I get all my players in a 3-4 defense and get 50/50. Does that +speed go on my offense as well? Or does it just stay on defense for the +1 speed?

since offense is different I would assume only defense and only the cards that match that match playbook

From my understanding it only applies to the defense players. I believe if you were to get 50/50 on a team theme (Georgia for example) then both offense and defense would get the boost. Theoretically if you were to get 25 guys with a 4-3, and 25 guy with a pro style, plus 50 guys on Georgia, and had the 4-3, prostyle playbooks you would get +2 speed for everyone.

Only players within the scheme and in proper position count toward the 50/50. You get the boost out of position for whatever threshold you're at. Defense scheme chem only boosts defense. Same for offense.

to get maximum chem 

you need all players in correct positions say everyone playing 4-3 on defense and air raid on offense and all one team like Texas 

then every player on defense and offense gets playbook bonus and team bonus

Also new cards are gonna come out so replacing everyone’s school chemistry is just a waste after a while
