Does the scheme and TT boost count in squads ?
IDK but I never have connection issues and regular season and have been kicked out of a semi-final, a natty, and yesterday a natty me and my duo were up 49-14 with less than 2 minutes left.
Yes it does count. But only for your players. Your duo would need to complete Scheme and TT themselves also for both sides of the ball to benefit.

And I live in Orlando about 10 minutes away from the headquarters so there's no reason that I should be disconnecting
Are you just disconnecting or are you getting this glitch where you are staring at the field and nothings happening.

My duo has 30/50 and i have 50/50 of the same TT, when we load in a game our top 3 cards are 1-2 higher ovr than in solos, so they do stack

Interesting. I know that the strategy cards stack/apply to both teams so I wouldn't be surprised, but none of the guys I play with have any TT theyre working towards.
I like to coordinate different strategy cards with buddies so we have all bases covered and that usually boosts mine 2ovr.
