Is it only for SB players or any in the position

It’s for the Positions it’s designated for. 
(See pics attached.)

Team ones are for teams also designated (west, central etc.)  a bunch of teams qualify for multiple chem: example-Oregon-west, ranked, bowl game winner. So they could use C1, C5, or C6. 

That is how it’s suppose to work anyway. I don’t have any team chem.
