anyone have knowledge about if the season 3 89s will able to use the token?

thank you for the response, but any chance you could site a source? honestly these cards all look like the season token players we have gotten previously ok/average so I can see them all being able to use the token. I just hope that's the case

I don't think anyone knows for sure i picked up the 89 SS and he has no additional slot for an upgrade token. I don't have any of the earlier 88s so not sure if they are all like that but i would bet the 89s are not upgradable. Maybe we will get more info in tomorrows stream.

Check the catalog and see if ANY of them have upgrade slots. EA may have just not added them in yet, we will for sure get a Twitter update at some point.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it applies to the 91 & 92 as well

I recall from the first stream about season 3 that all the players in the trophy store will be eligbile for the token and take their OVR up to a 93 I believe. That could make a few ofthe 89's pretty good (SS, LG & LE specifically)

Man, I hope so. Spread Option already has a 90 LG. Releasing an 89 when other positions are lacking is a huge slap in the face. I hope they release some players later that can have their chem changed too.
