Run stopping abilities

So I normally run gold grip breaker and inside on DTs and backers that get the abilities for 2 ap but I on some LTDS I have I run just plat inside discounted. My question for yall what do yall think is better,  gold grip breaker paired with inside for 4 ap or plat inside for 7 ap? Again this for both my DTs and backers

I'm back for the first time since Szn 1, crossover grind Szn is upon us. After losing my first 2 in the cpu grad event, I've found value is the best option on offense. But I've found alot of success on defense stacking platinum legion. 5 game win streak. Shockey perry crossovers achieved so far

I’ve been using Gold GB on my entire D Line (bar 1 DE) and the LBs that have it.  QJ on the line as well.  If you can get Gold instinct for 1 consider that as well.

I don’t use inside anymore, do you find it helpful ?  I prefer Instinct but I don’t have trouble stopping inside runs too much without either.
