Been around for YEARS. It’s called the equalizer. If anyone ever tells you it doesn’t exist, they’re full of $h*t. My 95 ovr team vs an 89 ovr team will play terrible. My 95 ovr team vs another 95 ovr team will play great.

DDA is most noticeable when the ovr difference between you and the opp is 2 or more, this is when you will see your ramseys and revises get fried by 87-89 ovr wr‘s.
It is in the game because it allows the poors squads to keep up and retain customers. If EA was to admit that DDA exists, they would go bankrupt.
There are still plenty of morons that Guzzle EA coolaid and argue against it, as it goes “against competitiveness of the game” got news for you, it’s not about that, it’s about your credit card.
Exactly!!!!! I just argued with a guy the other day he had a way worse team. And my team was doing nothing while his team is playing like the greatest team ever. My Reggie runs slow from the beginning with no wear and tear no stamina loss! out the gate first play. He can’t go no where but the opposing 88 Jeanty is vrooming all over the place! You can’t argue it when the team skill is so different. That’s not skill vs skill that’s DDA+ vs DDA-. Ive been in DDA hell for a while but it’s worse in the last 2 weeks.

I have a 94 overall team and my buddy and i made it to a natty title game, the other teams receiving core consisted of 86 Devontae Smith, 87 Garret Wilson and 86 Mark Andrews. I swear to god these dudes had a minimum of 5-7 yards of separation every single time, meanwhile his best corner 89 Kobe Bryant, was clamping my 94-95 speed receivers and basically running their routes for them
Exactly, months ago I’d start a game And I could tell DDA was present. I could feel the implemented lag. It would help the severely lower overall team go up by 14 then it would seemingly turn off and everything felt norrmal. Then I’d come back and win. In the last 2 weeks it’s the same scenario but the DDA doesn’t go away my players are slower and stupid all game. while the opposing team is having time of their life thinking I’m bad when it’s just ea rewarding them.
as much as I believe DDA exists in madden and every football game EA releases i was skeptical of how much it is in this years college game. ever since they started dropping the new wave of content its like EA thinks we cant see player ratings especially ones like speed. there is too much inconcistency. One game my reggie is getting hawked down sideline to sideline by a player 4/5 speed slower. Then he next game I outrun them how i should be able to. And even on defense its like a weird force just slows you down mid play its weird
The worst part about this is when bad plays are rewarded and it has your opponent thinking they’re good so they start talking on the mic 😂
Oh yeah and the implemented lag on kicks is terrible..I’ve literally lost games because of it.
