Question on Ranked Kendal Daniels Card

I am currently in the Top Players I ranking. I have 3,202 RP. Does that mean I will get the Kendal Daniels 92 ovr card? I am ranked 200 OVR, but I already have enough RP to be in the Top Players I category. Please advise. It seems a bit unclear. And do we not get the card until the ranked mode ends?

It's kinda unclear who's getting it tbh but the cards are end of season rewards and shouldn't come out until the end of the ranked season.

Top 100 on each console get the 92 overall.
