Player Traits question for CFB Admins

First of all, love this site. Don't know where I'd get my information for CFB without y'all - EA sure doesn't provide enough information. (EA if you read this be better about communication and release notes - thank you)

I have a question about Player Traits - If this site didn't exist or a person didn't know about your site, how does a user KNOW/SEE the player traits in-game? I've never been able to find them on a player card, profile in the game. Maybe there isn't a way, just wondering. 

Also, how do you get the traits? Assuming an API pull from EA.
