Packs to this point have had no fluff. It’s been very frustrating actually because that stuff helps make coins. The packs for promos have been largely just cards from that promo and now today the volume pack. Seems to have bad odds of getting to 80s. So EA is pumping 70-79s into the market
The only thing I can think of is they are trying to clear binders. Get people to do the sets and then sell.
Which could mean a ramp up to a promo. If it is the next move will be to get people to spend their coins or something else entirely
