Other than tower of Valor whats the best way to get free players?

My team is ok but I could use depth and some new guys too.

I’m mostly offline, except for the h2h games needed for the blitz tokens but I play solo games to hit the milestones and progress thru the levels. There are free fantasy packs, levels 23 & 38 (I think) that can get you nice cards. I pulled Bush from one and Vick from another.
