They should offer these packs like they do in MUT with a 50% or at least 30% chance of pulling a descent player.

I couldn't agree more! After finishing MUT 24 I planned on giving more time to CUT. But I find myself going to MUT 25 more often. This game could be good if they put some effort into it!
