Is there anyway to discard these and other unused items in binder? Its really annoying that a quarter of my binder is stuff i cabt use or sell. If anybody has any ideas please help

Not at all. EA leaves us with clutter all the time. I wish they'd at least let us QS junk for even a single coin.
