NMS or all out Spend$$$

I'm on the older end of EAs customer list. I have had blessed life. I'm able to just throw money away at this game. With that said. There is for majority no financial return for this game. Absolutely no financial return. 

Making coins is very difficult if you don't spend money. Recent weeks have been good for BND pulls. If you really analyze it. It's been a coin drain. Think about even if I pulled  5 LTD cards. Most of the time they are repeated. BND LTDs low quicksell value. Makes you think you are getting value but these are useless.

I could not agree more. I pulled some insane BND LTDs and even some really great sellable ones. End of the day I could never keep up with the drops in minimums or the transaction fee. Somehow no matter what I stayed coin poor but I see accounts with millions and millions and every card under the sun. I am also older, 44 and maybe should just say fuck this game. I have the money but don’t like the scam feeling towards the end

in the same boat....I have no problem with ppl spending their money but..........I'll never give EA a dime outside of the cost of the game

I am 47, can drop 1k on the game without pain, but still NMS. I have said it before, but it only took me 2 weeks to make a competitive team when I started Dec 26th. Honestly, that isn't too bad.

That said, I also agree that the game should screen out repeat BNDs if they aren't even usable for sets. I also will never afford players like Cam Ward, Bush, or the gods. While I don't like not being able to use whichever players I want, I find that as an acceptable compromise for NMS vs spenders.

I am an advocate for a monthly subscription, which gives you opportunity to use any player. Perhaps you can't change their team scheme, so you don't get everything possible. Haven't really worked the whole idea out yet.

Ok so first off, you don’t need the best players to be competitive. You need a good scheme and the right players for it to be competitive. I only started playing the game a few weeks back to see if I wanted to get 26, and I have a trash team but still beat people with stacked teams. 

Secondly, I played Madden for years, and one thing I enjoyed the most was finding bargain gems that fit my scheme well and beating players who spend cash on a video game - let’s pause on this, spend cash on pixels cos the psychology of the game makes you think if you have a higher overall player you’ll win more. It’s all crap. Spend more time repping your plays and you can beat people with a very average team.

I learned this years ago when a guy with some fast gold players absolutely torched my stacked D. That was the last time I chased overall.

Defense is pot luck in this game, half the time I put the controller down and the amount of picks I’ve got is insane.

Don’t spend money, spend time on developing a scheme and have fun.
