I have around 700k coins but not sure which qb I should get , maybe cam or klubnik white?

What's your playstyle? 

For running QBs, Cam Newton and Randall Cunningham are both solid options. 

If you're more of a pocket guy, Jamarcus Russell, Dante Moore, Drew Bledsoe, and Colt Mccoy are great. 

For a jack or all trades type of QB, I'd go with Klubnick, Pat White, or Nico. You can throw Gunner Stockton here as well but he's usually selling for 600-700k

If you want a cheap option ive been using the tavin St. claire 90ovr for 100k and hes been awesome. makes all the throws I need him to make, but if you run try Cam or pat white. If you throw and stay in the pocket, use Jamarcus Russell.
