Pumped to get started. Long time Madden player who hasn’t played for last 4 years, itching to get back into it. Let’s see how it shapes up.

My plan is to hit CFB for the first month, then give Madden a try and see which one I prefer. Spent ages trying to decide which to play but for an extra £25 I thought I might as well just get both and see how they go!

What are you guys excited about for 26?

Been here since the pre order last year. 

Dont listen to the bums, the game was fine 

I had an elite rush offense, maxed T/S Team all year without spending money

Goal is to improve on some mistakes in different areas while continuing to not spend money

Think u guys may be on the wrong forum. Optimism and reasonable takes aren't accepted here. ;)

not paying anywhere near full price for '26

CUT was fun for me in '25 for sure. Couple hiccups here and there, but for the most part, I enjoyed it. As with MUT, plenty of negativity in the community, and figuring out who's trolling and who's sincere is a challenge, but it's definitely possible to have fun with the game, so long as you know what you're in for.

That said, I am NOT gonna play CUT in '26. I planned to play only Dynasty last year, and found myself diving into CUT and never looked back. So this year, I'm focusing solely on Dynasty.

Been out if the game so long I’m excited, the EA wounds have now healed lol, give it a month and let’s see if they open lol

i’ll jump into cfb 26 when it’s on sale for $20 or less and when 99s come out😂 i’m not playing with a card that gets shadow nerfed when the next drop comes lol

I agree, don't listen to the negativity. The game was solid.

I do have a question, you mention you had an elite rush offense, what do you run to get to that level? I seemed to struggle to run consistently all year.

Ive stated in other posts, i use strong grip on my entire Oline. Consistently successful

Yeah, your point about going from grinding end game CUT 25 to grinding early game CUT 26 is valid lol 

I know the game isn't perfect but, for me personally, it was a solid game. But I'm a casual gamer who uses the game to relax and enjoy. If you're more into the grind and competition I can see why you'd have a different view. There were definitely highs and lows in CUT content and some META exploit plays, but generally I liked the game.

Ur completely wrong about strong grip. Clearly a skill gap

Considering the bull move is a PASS move. If ur talking the run game, it's either grip break, inside outside disruptor or even Blow up, maybe even some I'm missing

Only on platinum does strong grip with with Both the pass and run

Knowing what abilities work best with what system is ABSOLUTELY a skill. Ggs

Yes a bull rush is gonna get bodied if you don't have the necessary run stop ability stacked onto it...Against a RUN play

Continue to blame the game tho

I’ve taken a couple of months off the game but excited to hop back in. Probably gonna be a lot more causal this year though. went a little too hard to start 25.
