He opens a lot of packs and builds his team to fit his playbooks. Find a playbook you like and build around it. EA will give you the cards you need. The only way to speed up the process is to buy packs like every other game.

And to add on from another comment, yes, most of those 3mil+ subs are children and teenagers it's not hard to tell.
