Unfortunately, like you said, they are on to 27 and dont care. Unfortunately for any who played all year, its not as easy to just walk away and wait for 27. We put alot of time and money into building our teams.
I'm planning to go full nms next year, just as my own cash strike against EA. It wont mean anything to them, but I'll take my own personal satisfaction in knowing I didnt pay for anything but the actual game
Yea, I was/am pretty frustrated. I was hopeful that it would get resolved with the Season switch or with new events as the other events ended - but nope - I work in product development and just do not understand how this bug has gone un-resolved for months. It is not acceptable. I'm sure this could be fixed in a week tops.
EA could learn a thing or two by following EPIC GAMES' model of customer service - if they have an issue, for example a reward is bugged in Fortnite and some users aren't able to earn it due to a tracking issue - guess what? They just issue the reward to all the players affected. No questions, just GREAT customer service. Issuing the MAKE RIGHTS costs them NOT A SINGLE PENNY but what it does is build customer loyalty, which is invaluable.
EA just continues to alienate their customer base by not DOING THE RIGHT THING. It is mind boggling.
