Mirage Pack in store

I’ve been off and on for a couple weeks. Is there a trick to buy the pack in the store? I’ve tried to buy it twice and it won’t let me and this is the second time.

Yes, back out of ultimate team, then fully quit out of the game (Xbox button, 3 line button method).  Then reopen the game and buy the pack - it should open.  That’s how I got mine to open after the initial “rejection”
