When playing match coverage, is it better to have DBs with a higher man rating or a higher zone rating? Anyone know?

Depends on your play style. I blitz a lot with man coverage so that is what's more important to me, but both are important.

Ballhawk works and blanket doesn’t when in match so maybe it’s considered zone? Idk tho.

It's both honestly. I'd say play rec is also VERY important for match. Most match calls start out in zone and then convert to man. Play rec helps them diagnose and make that conversion faster
