Makeright Scam

EA said that they were giving people who bought any packs for Worthy a "one of three tiered Opportunity Pack." Well I got 19 of them, and they were all duds, none were a choice out of three players. 

Leave it to EA to do false advertising, take multiple days to fix the problem, not give us back the packs we actually bought with coins, Training, and/or money; and then not only lie about what the makeright is, but give us the worst pack in the game, that has to be a scam given how awful it is. 

I'm just hoping EA catches enough flak that they come out and say, "Oops, sorry, we fucked up again. Here's what we actually said the makeright was going to be, *and* the original packs you bought during the time of the problem."

I got 32 all 80s

Man people don't know how to read. "Three tiered opportunity packs" does not mean choice pack. It is not a fantasy pack. You get basic, basic+, or full opportunity packs for him based on the percentages of the packs you opened when he was unavailable. It was never meant to be a choice of three players.

EA'a tweet said, "Players who purchased packs on Sunday, December 22nd, from 10:30 AM ET to 12:30 PM ET will receive a one of three tiered Opportunity Pack, with equal or better odds for LTD Xavier Worthy, for each pack purchased." In no way does this say or read as, "Three different types of packs were randomly giving to people as we feel like it," it says the packs are a 1 of 3 choice. 

If you want to say EA fucked up in their statement, then at least there's validity to that, but you can't argue the lie that it's what they actually said.

At the end of the day, EA fucked up with multiple things, and the players are getting royally shafted.

I was one of the lucky one lol. Got 8 packs and got Worthy. Let's go!!!!!

Dude you cant read above a 3rd grade level it was obvious they were giving out 3 different packs based on the amount of packs you opened🤫alsooo makes me even happier becuase your gonna be pissed I got 2 packs and got worthy🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫

Man let me tell you... I bought 6 bundles that day, all 12000 points... I didn't get one LTD from any of them. Opened every type of pack... I'm talking nightmares, rewinds, rush, legend... everything. I got back 75 makeright packs, so I would say I opened 75 packs that day trying to get worthy, even though EA didn't put him in packs at the time. I was really pissed at the time, because it's before Christmas and everything, and I had just blown about 600 dollars on virtual currency to have a chance at pulling the players I wanted in a video game, and then not get any card above 94... its fruststing to say the least. That money could have been spent on better presents for my friends and family, but at the time I felt like I burned it and my christmas was about ruined... but when I found out about the makerights EA was putting out I was so excited, I even went to church later in the day to thank the lord for such a blessing to fix the mistake I had made buying those packs earlier in the week. I felt that this was my chance to get the worthy LTD that I wanted so badly, since I am a huge Texas fan since birth. When EA put out the following tweet, I thought I had just been struck with a christmas miracle from the almighty:

I thought to myself at the time that I would 100% get that worthy LTD for my Texas theme team, there is no chance I don't and I was especially expecting to get at least 3 of them tbh, since I knew I had bought like 6 bundles worth of packs and EA said "better odds for worthy" in these new makerights. I was about to be drowing in coins... but my christmas eve turned into a nightmare quickly. Right after I got done with church, I got home and hopped on my favorite game ever... college ultimate team. And I was grinning so hardband even said another prayer in my head when I saw that EA had gifted me 75 chances at getting the LTD. I prayed on the off-chance the devil had cursed me on christmas eve or something like that. But one by one I went through all 75 with my little nephew watching me by my side and my entire family over for christmas eve. 

As I got to 40th 80 overall, I couldn't take it anymore and actually shed one tear thinking the impossible was about to happen to me on one of the most joyful days of the year. But I still had hope, I believed in god and there was no way I wouldn't get at least one pull. 35 more packs. I pull 25 more 80s. Now I am down to my last down, each pack feels like a gunshot to my chest at this point. I don't know what to do, my head is spinning and I want break everything and everyone in my sight. But I had my entire family over, and I would be the grinch if I showed any anger, especially over a video game. 

My cousins (we're in our 30s) would ridicule me so hard if it looked like I cared over a video game, but deep inside I felt like the grinch and I couldn't show anyone there. It was the worst feeling. Once I got to the last pack, I had a slither of hope left, and EA stole that from me when I saw the 80 overall animation, for the 75th time. I don't know what else to say man... EA ruined my christmas

Trying to talk about someone else's ability to read when you can't read in the first place, and use emojis like a little girl. 

Society handing-out participation trophies to unimpressive dolts who never earned an accolade has caused immeasurable damage to the average person's ability to do basic things that the everyone could do just 20 years ago.

EA lied about the makeright, and then made it the pack in the game that's either glitched or a lie. The "5%" is a lie, they have to be much rarer than 5%.
