How about silver legion? What does it take to get it to activate vs gold legion?

ALL abilities upgrade the next tier up when a player's composure is increased. I believe at least midway filled to the right in orange, especially when they have the flame symbol signifying they are "hot." So any silver abilities the player has will upgrade to gold (or if they have gold then upgrades to platinum or if platinum upgrades to heisman). It's not for the whole game - it's only when their composure is up. I've noticed the ability can still downgrade even if they are still hot - it's wonky.

Legion is the DB/LB ability that if that player gets a pick OR deflects a pass (if you read the full description in the ability menu it specifies either), then it will raise the composure of all other DB/LB players. The amount of the increase is dependent on what tier of Legion you had equipped at the time. Usually gold legion will suffice to max out all composures on a pick. I run gold legion on both my FS1 and SS1.

D-Line and O-Line have a similar ability. D-Line has Defensive Rally for EDGE/DT players if they sack the QB. O-Line has Offensive Rally that triggers on a pancake block. It will upgrade the D-Line/O-Line when it activates. I personally run gold Defensive rally on both my edge players IF it's heavily discounted.
