Yes but you may get an 85 that isn't worth the amount you spent. It's a gamble.

Yeah done a bunch of sets in Madden and a few in CFB.

None have worked out in my favor. It's basically turn in 2 cards you could sell for 10k and get back a card you could buy for 15k. Or worse get back a card you already have.

This right here. I'll do the sets toward the end for the XP when prices to buy are lower,but other than that, I always sell every card possible and just buy what I want off the market. It doesn't help coin packs operate this way too.
