i just started the game, what should i do first, i have a 96 qb but besides that teams is kinda bad

If you spend money, open one of the platinum bundles or just the rare platinum bundle, coin is king. If you’re NMS Play as many challenges as you can and build up your coin via redshirt rumble event. You should get an idea from there

A lot of the challenges will give you BND player rewards. I'd complete some of the older ones first since those are easier, get a few players to upgrade your lineup, then do some of the harder challenges for better player rewards. Solo seasons are alright for coins but not really worth it imo outside of completing objectives.
