Is this not fixable? It’s April!!

People worry about players, and yeah it’s cool, but where’s the push for fixing gd Champs not recording wins?!  It’s ridiculous at this point and not a one off or I would deal with it. It’s almost weekly now. The point of getting players is the reward TO WIN MORE GAMES!! It‘s this garbage bs that should set people off. Not subpar promos but fixing the damn issues. How is this a thing every week with no word as to why or how they will fix it. They clearly are more worried about robbing their community with new promo/player drops than fixing the game. 

UPDATE: I just played my last game. Pulled out a 3 pt win only to be screwed again by this game. 7 games 7 wins but 3 were not counted tonight. HTF is this right!!!

UPDATE 2: Just had a 4th game not count. I would be 16-3. I’m done with this fucking game.  I didn’t hit a game winner or last minute td. It’s basically winning by 3. EA is disgusting dropping all these players/promos but this BULLSHIT has been going on for weeks!!!

Hasn’t affected me (yet this week), but about a few weeks ago probably happened 20 times over two weeks. EA won’t even acknowledge it. Don’t recommend wasting your time with support... it’s all over their forum but no answers.

Yeah I tried that tonight and you’re 100% right. Just run around talking points as always.

I agree, this SHOULD be the #1 issue for CUT. I always laugh about the people that complain about peripheral things like team chants and intros, when the whole point of the game, to play, doesn't even register results in the mode.

I've noticed that the wins/loss aren't counting in very close games or games won/lost on the last play. This is when it seems to not register for me.

I've been on both sides of it. I always feel bad for the winner who didn't get the win counted.

It seems to happen when the game completely finishes, meaning one team doesn't concede prior to the clock running out in the 4th quarter

This is the case and that’s what I was thinking. Set up goals to achieve more coins and get into gauntlet but not get credit is beyond frustrating at this point.

AGREED!! This should be number 1 on the list of things to fix as you set up goals and coin rewards from it. They still haven’t addressed slower pitch animations to QB non dominate side or lefty QB rolling right but those can be managed. Flat out getting screwed on wins you have zero control over.

This is why they won't get another dollar from me, and should be the same for many others. Make their profits go down and we'll probably see more effort from them to make the game actually work. lol it's crazy we are just asking for the game to work so we don't waste our time and some people still waste money on this game.

Crazy concept right. We just want a game that we paid for to function as it should. They just don’t acknowledge as if it doesn’t exist but better believe there‘s effort into that 4x a week $100 bundle drops.

Yea I’ve had 3 wins not count now. 1 loss as well but it’s bullshit. I thought maybe it was one day, but now two days in a row not counting. only thing that counts is when someone quits.

Yea i miss gauntlet by two games since both dubs didn't count but then got two l's but the reward in gauntlet isn't even worth for all this work fr

Just don’t play champs if you know this is going to happen
