Have 0 tokens right now and thinking about grinding them out, also wondering just about how long it should take and what the best options are

Most of the scheme challenges are very easy, and they are for a legit 99 player, 15th and final token will be available next Wednesday

So we are going into week 15 for the SS promo but I only have 13 tokens? I have completed all max stars for weeks 1-14. Anybody else only have 13 tokens after 14 weeks? My math aint mathin'.
