depends if you need or not.....I'm nms so I picked him up and he's solid, had to use the QB strat card so he gets 95 THP. but on my TT hes 97 OVR with 90 speed, 97 SAC, 97 MAC, 95 DAC, 92 TUP, and 91 PAC
