this game is so bad i honestly dont know how people play it and have fun only blitzing in regular h2h is there any gamemode where they remove the losers?
I mean you can always use extra blockers to stop blitzes...
Probably the CPU, lol. Just try to always have a running back in the backfield with you that you can hot route to pass block. And if they blitz seven, hot route your tight end AND running back to pass block, and your wide receivers to quick short routes. It’s annoying at first—the blitzing and starting preplay inputs on offense—but it gets pretty easy to counter.
This play below is is a good example because you hot route two TEs and your RB (if needed) to block everything and then hot route your receivers/TE/RB as you best see fit. Need an RB pass block if they're screaming through the middle, and a TE if they/re screaming off the edge. Try to have a cutter or take off on one of your WRs so you can get a few steps on man for longer-midrange routes.

Lastly, make sure you favorite a few running plays that have six or seven blockers on the LOS including TE tight ends and/or a fullback to block the inevitable 7th blitzer. change the pace. If you get all the blocks, it’s a house call with your running back each time.

QB Zone with my TE in the slot to the right, where the RB blocks for you, works every time for me against mid blitz. Depending on your QB's speed, it may be a touchdown.

Some people are pretty brain-dead who only run the few meta man blitzes, so a few good drives or broken plays usually get them to quit. Godspeed.
It is always funny to me when people complain about the defense running the same thing, assuming it isn't something broken.
People may claim a blitz is broken, but despite EAs many faults, they have done a good job of giving us counters. The OL can half shift, full shift, and change schemes with multiple options.
The previous poster did a good job of offering blocking advice, along with routes. Shame on the D if they stop doing what works. Why would they stop blitzing if you cannot handle a blitz?
I say all that as someone that has blitzed nearly every play in times past and as a player that currently very rarely blitzes. I do whatever I think will work vs my opponent.
Shame on offenses that do not adapt. The game is most fun when the O forces the D to adapt.

You can do all this and still get rolled by Ea lol

This is the way. You can destroy cheese blitzers with the right plays.
