How to tell if players are still in packs?

Is there a way to tell if certain players are in packs?  Or a listing when they expired?

Unrelated question, is there a way to attain a Go Go playbook in UT?  Even UNLV's playbook doesn't feature a 2-back set.  

Thank you and excuse the questions, this is my first year trying Ultimate Team and I'm having s blast, I only wish I could dump my MUT points into CUT!!!!

If it isn't an LTD, it will stay in packs. LTDs only last a week.

You can pull a BND version of LTDs as well.
