Zan has a video on you tube specifically regarding blocking this. It has alot of work needed pre snap so I would say best to try and ID or double team the one side and plan to roll out to that same side as a bit of an easier option
It does seem a bit easy to run up the gut on as well, especially if the user takes the single mug in the middle and bluff blitzes to immediately drop into coverage
