I Can genuinely shut down everything even the wildcat BS but everytime I play any 5 out wide formation my players get burned everytime either man ‘ed up or zone and when I’m usering the zones they run a qb run and my defensive line refuses to catch up to him….. what is the best way to stop these cheesy 5 out plays?

Do you switch stick, if so Tampa 2 is good along with cover 3 Sky, if u don’t switch stick I would recommend shaded underneath cover 2 man with in or out shading depending on where you think the route will go
