How do I get my team better no money spent? what are good budget beast cards and other good card recommendactions?
What positions are you needing and how many coins do you have to spend?

Created a little lineup of some lower priced cards I've used that seem to hold up really well. The entire team is less than 1m coins. And it's assuming you don't have any of the S2 reward players if ya do they are great pieces to add to a team like this.

Probably strong safety, right guard/tackle, linebacker, tight end and running back. I can probably spend 40 to 50 k on those positions

40-50K total or on each position?
the way to improve your team falls on one thing, are you very good at the game? If yes, this year it is not difficult to make coins and isnt even nearly as time consuming if you are once again really good at the game lol. seasons, gauntlets, champs, are all pretty rewarding as a whole if you're good enough to keep winning them consistently. If you're not good, I would say you can either buy coins as a headstart boost (you might get banned with larger amounts) on top of spending money on the store in-game, or if you don't mind investing a lot of time into the game you can snipe auction block cards, do solo seasons, or just keep playing the games to earn the free rewards they give you like restrepo or field pass.

great budget wr. gets silver cutter and press pro, and sure hands which will help you counter the better CBs from teams that are higher overall. he ranges from 70k-90k but can be number 1. His speed 88 but with cutter he will get space.

I hate to be that guy but this game made is almost impossible to have top 5 players at any position without spending money.
The BND packs under beginner tab each week Is the cheapest route and surprisingly they are generally good value.
Outside of that making sure you do the objectives every week and the Dailys (1 game) will get you a few good cards by seasons end but the problem is by the time you get them they're near bottom of top 10 at position.
Also definitely play champs each week , even if you are bad you'll get a few wins which gets you 17k for 4 5 or 6 wins and even 10k for 2 wins plus a pack you then sell the content from.
I hate that there's no reliable way to get good free cards and no promos or solos to play at a chance of free top tier cards. Sorry man, good luck!!!!
Edit - I thought of 1 other idea, during this rising syar promo top 15 teams get added chem boosts, running a Georgia, Miami, or Oregon team would get you some added value.

good start. also what type of offense do you use. I personally use the run and shoot stock book, hawaii/June Jones fan so. I bring this up because as an example my offense uses no TEs or FBs so I cut costs at 2 positions allowing me to use coins elsewhere. trade off though is I need atleast 5 solid wrs so if someone's out I don't have much drop-off offensively. My point being is figure out what type of offense your gonna run then focus on the players best suited for it. you don't need top players to win, you do need a good strategy. now that said you will run up against guys that have bought there teams and schemes, but if you let that stop you from running your squad then like most that get flustered with it you'll find yourself being stuck at a average level. hope you get to build your dream team and enjoy doing it. also like others stated play Champs, h2h season, gauntlet to make coins.

I just use Oregon offense because it tends to get milroe on the move outside the pocket. I like it

Should I use cutter or press pro?

if you can only pick one do cutter. if people play man and dont have blankets coverage it's pretty much open season for you wrs. If they do have blanket coverage just be patient and take what they give. really just depends on your style of play. I play run and shoot so all my wrs have cutter. another thing is theme team, if you get a top five one some of these borderline usable cards become viable saving you coins on top end players but at the cost of making a theme team.
